Ingredients :
1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
1 splash vodka
fill with 1/3 pineapple juice
fill with 2/3 orange juice
1 tsp sugar
Method:
Place blue curacao vodka and sugar into a blender. Fill to desired level with pineapple juice and orange juice at a ratio of 1:2 - (ie. 1 oz pineapple 2 oz orange). Shake well and strain into collins glass(es).
