Ingredients :
1 1/3 oz vodka 1/3 oz Pisang Ambon® liqueur 1/3 oz passion-fruit liqueur 2/3 oz vanilla ice cream 3 1/3 oz pineapple juice
Method:
Combine the vodka pisang ambon passion-fruit liqueur vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge slice of lemon and mint sprig and serve.
