Ingredients :
1 1/2 tsp apricot brandy
2 oz vodka
juice of 1/2 limes
1/2 sliced banana
carbonated water
2 mint sprigs
Method:
Pour brandy vodka and juice of lime into a collins glass over crushed ice. Fill with carbonated water and stir. Decorate with banana slices and mint sprigs and serve.
